This restaurant exceeded my expectations. This is a classic cute, quaint, intimate, and beautiful restaurant with the best Italian food I've ever had. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I ordered the ravioli which was unbelievable!!! My biggest regret was that I was too full to try their dessert. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for high end food at a comfortable and friendly environment. This place was just the best!!

A fine place for tasty Italian food. I really love this place. Great service. Prices are slightly above usual, but very fair for such amazing food quality. The food was super and all the staff was extremely friendly.  Italian food and the feeling at this location are super good.

Such a sweet little spot. Genuinely kind waiters and delicious food. Very low key and I just can't recommend higher.

Hot damn the pasta here is sensational. I love everything about this charming restaurant with sidewalk/patio seating. I brought my Mom here for dinner a couple of days before Christmas and we had one of the best meals of our lives. We shared a bottle of sangiovese. She ordered the lobster ravioli and I ordered the fiocchi de pera, which is my favorite pasta of all time and I had never tried it until I moved to Miami. It was divine and we talked about our meal for the rest of my Mom's visit. I will definitely be back!!

Walked by and immediately taken in : wait to take care of us immediately within five minutes we were eating and enjoying appetizers and wine. Dario Is an amazing waiter take care of us made us feel very comfortable: thank you my friend: Food was absolutely stunning and amazing real comfortable environment relaxing great for a day and just great conversation Ali recommended will definitely come back

The food was excellent and freshly prepared. I had a Cesar salad, chicken diavolo, and scrumptious Apple strudel to finish.

Amazing local Italian restaurant offering authentic flavors - must visit! Good wine selection and very helpful staff will definitely make your visit enjoyable. Bruschetta is a must try here, very fresh. Just need to be careful to save room for dessert! Creme brulee arrives with flames 🔥🔥

This place was spot on for what I was looking for, during a recent business trip to D/T Miami....let's go!

So what led me here?
- Was 110% in the mood for a solid Italian meal + a glass of red wine after a long week
- Walking distance from my hotel
- Somewhere not super-big nor "corporate" so to say

So how was it?
- Restaurant is intimate/had a great vibe
- Service was excellent!
- Menu options were great + very good pricing
- I sat at was is a small bar area (4 seats if I remember correctly)
- Was going to go with pasta, and ended up with a filet- which was outstanding!

We both had pizza and they were both delicious. The service was great too. We wanted to catch another bite before leaving Miami but it was closed unfortunately for us. I would definitely go back and recommend to anyone that appreciates real Italian hospitality/meal.

Great Italian restaurant with good food.
They start you off with bread and a dipping sauce that's delicious.
We started off with Caesar salad and their homemade dressing is delicious, they do give very little for the amount to salad through.
For mains we ordered fettuccine Alfredo and gnocchi with pink sauce. The pasta is plentiful and one dish is enough to share.
The crème brûlée came was good, the panna cotta was okay.
There is a parking garage right across the restaurant.

This has to be one of my favorite Italian spots for pasta. I order the mushroom pasta every time. I try to expand my horizons but, that mushroom creamy white sauce with added churrasco is FIRE.

I've tried other pastas they offer (thanks to my generous bf) and those too are amazing. Gorgonzola and filet mignon parppardelle pasta reigns supreme for my bf. Truly a phenomenal Italian restaurant tucked in downtown Miami.

Great Food, Great fast service , The price is also decent and the decor is great. I had a date night with my wife and this restaurant did not disappoint I’d give it an extra star if I could and the staff was friendly and helpful. They suggested dishes and appetizers and it was all delicious ! I will definitely be returning.

So, my initial review for Fratelli Milano was ELEVEN years ago, and I can report that this place still hits. They make their pasta fresh every day, and it definitely shows.

I recently came back for a family dinner and everyone thoroughly enjoyed what they ordered. I started with a glass of red wine sangria. It was just okay. The fruit inside was fresh, but it tasted like one of those pre-mixed sangrias that I don't love.

Once the rest of our party arrived, we ordered the traditional bruschetta and the prosciutto version as well - both divine. PS - they also serve bread with a delicious

This restaurant is amazing! Had to run in the rain, but so worth it. The sundried tomato sauce is sublime, no joke! Comes with fresh bread. Got the lentils and vege zuppe and it, too, was delicious. Tried truffle fries for first time and glad I did. Sautéed spinach was fresh and full of flavor. Oh, and the Moscato was cold and refreshing! To top it off, has a great ambience and waitstaff. Just, wow! What a happy surprise! Kudos to the chef!

Cute downtown Italian spot that has been around for forever. Shared burrata as appetizer, wish it had been creamier. Had Parppardelle Milano as my pasta entree and it was lovely. Would love to come back and try more dishes.

I feel like this is a hidden gem in Miami -- literally because it's a little hard to find with the construction in the area. Finding street parking nearby wasn't bad and it was a short walk to the restaurant. I took my dad here for his birthday and since he's Italian I wanted to make sure it was a really traditional place that would make him happy.

The restaurant is owned and operated by two brothers, one of whom we had the pleasure of speaking to the entire night. We started off with the Antipasto Misto and Prosciutto E Capra. Both were delicious but I would say the Prosciutto

Reserving was so easy and we didn't have to wait. The service was exceptional, waiter spoke English, Italian, and Spanish! All the food was delicious, and my pink sauce with chicken pasta was AMAZING!!! This is a hidden gem!

Every time I come to Miami, I make sure to ALWAYS stop by this place because the food and service is always top notch. This trip we came with our kids and extended family to celebrate my daughters birthday. We had a large party of 8 + a baby and was so excited to introduce our family who frequents Miami to this sweet spot.

My experience was always better than the last but this very last experience today was by far THE WORST. It was so bad I felt compelled to leave a review...

Our server Betiana was the worst. From the moment we sat down, we felt rushed. She treated us as if she was in a rush

What a hidden gem. My dear friend introduced me to this restaurant and I absolutely loved it. It is quaint with a friendly warm ambiance. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious!! Something can worth mentioning, this restaurant does charge an automatic 18% that I am not accustomed to pay right from the start..but didn't mind because service was very good. It is totally worth returning too!

Expanded space with otherwise little change.

No reservation but found a table without delay.
Expedient but professional servers.
Al dente ravioli in a pink sauce with the right seasoning and smooth texture.
Served rapidly.
Priced reasonably.

What an experience! The pasta is amazing! Truly thankful for the delicious food and excellent customer service. Since there were so many options to choose from, we have to go back and can't wait!! Thanks to Jose, Andres and Bryan for the warm welcome, dish suggestions and birthday cake. It was amazing! We loved the mushroom penne sauce and added that same sauce to the clam pasta for more of a rich flavor. The eggplant panini was great and flavorful and the calamari was fresh. The tiramisu was yummy and the chocolate molten cake could've been more cooked (not that it was raw) on the outside

This is my favorite italian restaurant in Miami! Have come here many times and always order the same thing: Scaloppine al Limone. It's one of my fav foods since I tried it here for the first time, they make it with potatoes, a salad and the most delicious sauce!!!
Today I also ordered the Ortolana pizza as an appetizer to share which was amazing! And in the past I have had their mushroom pasta which gets a 10 too.. Overall, everything is super delicious as you can see.
But by far, my recommedation will always be the scaloppine, already want to come back!

5-star food, 5-star service, 5-star ambience. This is an amazing little gem, authentic and family-run. Fratelli Milano and Fratellino in Coral Gables both tie for first place in "best Italian place in Florida" IMHO.

I can't believe it took me this long to review this fantastic spot. It's just a couple of blocks from my office, and I've been enough that they'll ask me "oh client meeting today huh?" if I'm wearing a tie. It's exactly that sort of warm family (as in "you're treated like" and as in "family-run") touch

I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the wait staff and presumably the manager. Pasta was made fresh and the desserts were tasty. They also had a very good wine list without breaking the bank. The service was top-notch which made the entire experience; they really went above and beyond. Overall, Fratelli Milano gave us a perfect birthday dinner.
