Not my first time here, have ordered catering and take out in the past. Tried their Sunday brunch for the first time. Usually they have a dj but they weren't there when I went although the Playlist that was on was pretty good!
It's not too busy so if you want to eat quickly it's a great option. I love that you order through the toast tab app at the table, it makes it no hassle to split the bill. The biscuits and house potatoes were delicious!

I first tried Groovin' Bean during one of the first Elite events in the times of COVID-19 in 2020. I really enjoyed it then, and I still do now. This is a great spot to come if you need to get some work done, since it's usually not busy. They play great music (think 90s-early 2000s r&b and hip hop) that will help you stay motivated. Plus, if you get hungry, their food is delicious. They have different events, like live music and poetry readings, so be sure to follow them on IG to stay posted and support this great local business

Service: 5/5 Cashier was very nice and hard working; only took 10 minutes for my order to be made
Food: 10/5 The food was amazing. Huge portion of Cajun-style fries that were full of flavor without being spicy. The quesadillas were bursting with cheese with just the right amount of delicious chicken. You HAVE to try the banana pudding frappé!
Price: Pricing is unclear or inaccurate. Entre was priced as $3.50 on menu, but charged for $13. This is my biggest complaint and source of dissatisfaction.

I had been wanting to come here and read raving reviews about the frappes. The place was nice and staff was friendly. However not sure if the girl had ever made a frappe. It took a long time and she kept putting in the cup then back in the blender and add more ice cream. I got a medium and saw 5 scoops of ice cream go in so it was quite the guilty pleasure. It was served very well on the eye with caramel on the sides and whipped cream, it tasted sweet and was very think. It was actually just blended Ice cream. It was ok, I need to try other items.

Read about Groovin' Bean in Infatuation Miami, and I'm so happy I checked it out. I had the banana pudding frappe with a shot of espresso and it was LIFE AFFIRMING. The perfect blend of banana, caramel and coffee, with a lovely Nilla Wafer accent on top.
My boo got the fried chicken sandwich with fries, and... DAMN. The seasoning on both was on point and the sandwich was served on a croissant, which was definitely unique. When we came there were a few things that were sold out (most seafood items + beignets), so I know I have to come earlier next time to try those out.

Right in the heart of Overtown, Groovin Bean is the ultimate neighborhood gem! All the vibes of your everyday coffee house but elevated with amazing customer service and flavorful food & drinks! I ordered the tuna melt & was beyond pleasantly surprised. Not only was it made to order just steps away in their open kitchen but the sandwich was so delicious! The croissant was buttery and flaky while the tuna was seasoned with love!

Came in on a Monday morning during covid times. The staff was wearing masks, practicing social distancing, and sanitizer was available. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Groovin Bean is a coffee shop located in Overtown offering some great homemade treats, coffee and more. It is a casual layback atmosphere to visit with friends and family for a delicious treat at reasonable prices.
I enjoyed a hot cup of coffee with a fresh beignet, as part of an Elite perk. A perfect combination for a cafecito break in Miami! I also ordered a green smoothie, a crispy chicken sandwich and chicken quesadilla

Having only experienced Groovin' Bean through Yelp's international coffee day event, I don't yet have the experience for a very in depth review yet, but I'd definitely love to comeback to experience more of the menu--especially seeing they have all-day breakfast.
Thankful that they partnered with Yelp to hold such an event during these tough times, and hoping this opened them up to more clientele for the future.
I'm not a big sweets person, but I love the savory/sweet flavor of beignets. And these are definitely the best I've had outside of NOLA.

This coffee bar is a great place for taking a little break to enjoy a freshly brewed beverage. I had the chance to visit as part of Yelp Elite's international coffee day and got to enjoy the in-house roasted coffee and a perfectly sweet, authentic beignet. The menu features breakfast all day and some really yummy sounding lunch options.
There is plenty of space and seating available inside and the service was welcoming and attentive.
I will for sure be back for more!

I've been eyeing Groovin' Bean for a while and decided to make a stop in today for the first time. I'm glad I did. Cozy business with a welcoming co-owner, Monique! She was pleasant and helpful, just want you need at 7:00 AM. I didn't get a chance to try the food as I was running late for work, but I did order a hot caramel latte with almond milk. Delicious! I will definitely be back to try other goodies on the menu!

The iced coffee here is probably the best i've ever had in miami! i was nervous because they were out of oat milk and i'm normally not a fan of whole milk but it was absolutely delicious that I honestly didn't mind. I also got the black bean burger and it was so good. The customer service was amazing and they are really attentive. definitely would recommend to anyone and will come back soon!!!

Reopened for dine-in, my husband said this was the best chicken and waffles he's literally ever had. My cafe con leche was huge (we ended up splitting) and the breakfast croissant sandwich was so buttery and fresh. Comfy seating and great staff--we'll definitely be coming back. I just wish we had visited sooner!

We were in the area and saw this place on the corner and wanted to give it a try! Love supporting Mom and Pop coffee shops! Boy so happy I came in even more when I found out one of the owners is a Floridian like me! The restroom was clean, the Hisband/wife team are super friendly and inviting. The price of a cafe con leche and chai latte was one like I haven't seen in a long time. It was $5 total! And talk about Piping hot and delicious! Found out they use a good filtration system for their water, which is so important for our health. (Don't get me started) So good. They have almond milk

This coffee shop is such a great place to study, grab a bite or even meet new friends. I have been here a couple times either solo or with friends. I love the music and customer service. This place really feels like home. I enjoy the menu as it constantly has additional items and the coffee is always amazing. I typically drink black coffee, so I can really taste the good quality of their coffee beans. Only hiccup was the hours on yelp did not match the business hours, I know that is not their fault so I did not reduce stars, just wanted to share the times with you so
