"I have been at Haygood Halls since January 2021 and I am extremely happy with my choice of this complex. From moment one, I have experienced professional assistance from all of the staff. I was very impressed how the assistant manager, Lauren knows the names of many of the residents she came in contact with during my tour. I really like it here!"

I have lived at Haygood Halls for 4 years now. I Love it. It is a very quiet community with friendly neighbors. All maintenance requests are taken care of immediately. I work five days a week and I love that when I get home or when I have time off from work I don't have to mow the lawn or do any painting or maintenance, my spare time is mine to do as I want. It is also comforting to know I can see my car in front of my apartment at any time. I don't worry about my car at night, I feel safe. It is also comforting to know that when I get home from work I have my own parking space waiting for me.

I moved to Haygood Halls from out-of-state summer of 2015 and have been satisfied with my new home ever since.
Working with the office staff long distant (in the middle of trying to sell my home) was a great experience. At that time, Brenda, since retired, worked with my daughter who lives in VA Beach to be my “eyes” to an apartment I had only seen on the website. Had no clue about the location and all this area had to offer – and couldn’t have been more pleased!
Susan, the manager and Lauren are so helpful and great to work with – simple phone call and any concerns I have are addressed

I moved in May 2018. The office staff was extremely helpful keeping me advised of apartment availability and taking the time to answer questions. The maintenance crew has been very quick to handle any matter that has come up including coming out to replace a smoke alarm that suddenly malfunctioned after normal business hours, and was extremely… pleasant during the process. A call to the office regarding a minor problem on move in day immediately brought maintenance to assess the problem.. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. Been here since 11/11/16 with elderly mother, and transition moving here has been fantastic! Just needed patience being on the one year waiting list, but well worth it! Managers and maintenance have been… wonderful and appreciative! Definitely plan a year ahead to get familiar with them and your transition should just be as smooth!
