Such a great place to call home. The leasing Manager is such a nice person. She is someone who goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs during your tenure. If you are looking for a place with fair pricing, and a family oriented staff, this is the right place to make your home. The community is filled with very nice and respectful tenants. I personally have had no issues with any of my neighbors. Maintenance is such a big priority here. Purcell is hands down the best at his job. Such a great staff. Purcell will always put you and your family first. There is another staff member who works

My wife and I lived at Herons Point for over two years, and we loved every minute of it! The staff are quick to make you feel at home, and always more than friendly and attentive to our needs. The inside of each apartment is VERY clean and modern with plenty of space and a great floorplan. The neighbors are awesome too! It's not uncommon to stop and have a good chat with a neighbor as you pass by, or really get to know those that live right next to you! Plenty of happy dogs and dog owners around too!

I have never felt more safe with my little one in an apartment complex. The grounds are always well-kept, maintenance always fixes things same day, and the employees go above and beyond to make sure you are good to go. I had friends recommend these apartments to me after they had lived here for years, and I am so glad I listened to them! Highly recommend and extremely affordable!

Herons point apartments are the best around. My fiancé and I collectively lived there for 3 years. The layout is nice and open. They are tucked away in a very convenient location. Such a wonderful place to call home! The maintenance professional, Purcell, was always on top of everything and very proactive. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would and do recommend to everyone looking for an apartment in the Virginia Beach area. :)

The property manager is personable and always very quick to respond! I was welcomed with a housewarming gift and quickly made friends with my neighbors. There is a clear sense of community here. The apartments are right off Laskin, conveniently near Hilltop shopping and the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Anything I need is close by, but the complex is tucked away from the main road. (I’m able to jog or walk my dog through the neighborhood.) Parking is always available for myself and guests. The complex is kept clean and it’s clear effort is put into maintaining quality in each unit.

I have enjoyed my quiet apartment for a year now and am staying another because of the quality of the apartments, the attentiveness of the staff and any of my concerns being heard and acted upon. This is a lovely place to call home! Just like any area in the Hampton roads area it gets wet and buggy but those are my only complaints.

Herons Point Apts is a fantastic place to live. It's a nice community, clean, well kept and an awesome location at the beach. The apartments are updated, semi luxurious with granite countertops, custom cabinets, brand new stainless steel appliances, etc.. they are very clean and like I said well kept. Their maintenance dept is on point. If you need something it gets done asap. Also the preventive measures they take (like spraying for bugs) and just routine maintenance show they care about their residents and their property immensely!
