I should start by saying I very seldom leave bad reviews, but everything about our experience with Dragas has unfortunately been bad. The entire purchasing process was awful (not a word I toss around often). Upon moving in, it became very evident just how incredibly cheap all of the materials and craftsmanship of the homes were. For example, every single toilet seat in the hose is chipping and turning brown as all of the finish is wearing off despite being only 6 weeks old. One small example of many. So far, their 30 day repairs were a JOKE! The plumber refused to fix problems and make it so complicated

I just moved in two weeks ago and already want out. Things that are under warranty, they are not willing to fix. I have a problem with a lack of or fallen insulation in my walls. I can hear the refrigerant in the wall running when I walk into the bedroom Should be covered by warranty correct? The tech they sent out to inspecti it said they will have to tear up the drywall and it may not match my home when they fix it, so it is not covered by warranty. What? I very much appreciate the neighborhood and the design of the house. Lived in it for over 2 years. Ultimately, though, I would recommend against buying a new home with Dragas. The warranty repair administration and customer was very very poor. Missed appointments, loss of paperwork, badgering them to finish all the repairs, lack of tracking to ensure proactive follow-up (homeowners had to badger and badger and provide same documentation already provided). They do put the houses up fast so there are definitely quality problems, but overall still like the house. The house seems sealed well overall

These people are absolute monsters and not in a good way when it comes to the building business they build cheap rushed homes cracks on patios , poor interior design, pipes that leak after the warranties run out and we've only been here for 2 years. I mean they put a AC right by the corner of your living room and it vibrates and buzzes inside of the house we bought this place in the winter time so we were never able to hear that. I'm telling you and this is not an emotional response this is all facts do not buy a home from them because they're liars they have employees that lie and they go back

Spence Crossing has their hands in the pockets of Afforable Towing; and there is some type of kickback each of these companies Dragas, and Affordable Towing are recieving. People have paid upwards of $400,000.00 purchasing homes, and do not have adequare parking for their family and friends; with that being said several people have been towed from Affordable Towing, at various hours. Today my vehicle was towed at 11:55 a.m. My vehicle was only parked for a few hours, and someone from management made a call. This community needs to be ashamed, to take advantage of these residents; and their family

Dragas warranty company is worst than a joke!!! Their constant turnover and lack of communication prevents them from fulfilling their obligations of their warranty. I have used 2 weeks of annual leave trying to have repairs completed. BUYER BEWARE!!! Once you sign on the dotted line they will not repair their substandard work adequately. Their solution to repairs is to put a coat of paint on it. Question- is it normal for them to make a repair and worsen the problem? That has been my experience. I am certain this will become a legal matter.

This is not a company that values their craftsmanship and customers. I have had multiple issues with this company. I purchased a unit years ago that had defects, submitted those defects in writing to Dragas on their own warranty paperwork and the issues remain. Their warranty department is a joke that slaps paint on a problem or comes to measure something and then never returns. Bottom line purchase or rent elsewhere.

The Dragas companies Spence Crossing Development is absolutely beautiful. 4 separate sub divisions in one community offering condos, townhomes, and two story single family detached. The community offers private lakes with paved paths, A community center with a gym, kitchen , and space to accommodate hosting get togethers. A Huge beautiful pool area with a second one on the way , and also a dog park coming soon. Very affordability priced with low HOA fees and the property is kept immaculately clean. I live in Spence crossing and I love it here.

Dragas has been a terrible company to work with. They do not hold true to their listed promotions. When they state "some restrictions apply" it means you probably aren't eligible for the promotion. The promotion that was offered at the time we bought our house was a $5000 design center credit if you use their mortgage company (which we did) but they did not honor the promotion because they said our house was not eligible and at the time, only one house in the neighborhood was eligible. Our house move in date was delayed over a month and because of this, we had to cover rent in the
