Dr. Vince has a great operation and has been able to help heal torn muscles in my shoulder and a sprained ankle. His knowledge, expertise and manner provide assurance that your injuries will be addressed until there is no more pain. I have noticed my shoulder is much stronger than when I first saw him. I have also taken his advice and continued to work out to build muscle around the injury. Dr. Vince's secretary keeps meticulous records of patients progress. This review is for the billing - I have been trying to resolve a billing discrepancy for over a year and it's been extremely difficult. He has an office manager but also rotates GWU students who are not always the most competent. They also outsource their billing and it has been the most frustrating experience trying to find someone who can explain certain charges that do not match up with my EOB. The office is not very responsive and I've waited days and weeks for calls and emails to be returned. I tried resolving the issues directly with Romviel but he immediately referred me to his

I am so disappointed with spinal balance. I had to cancel one appointment on short notice because of a conflicting meeting and they have been insisting on charging me $125 for months. I understand charging a patient if they are a no show, but I spoke to the desk assistant and dr Vincent and made it abundantly clear that I would not be able to make the appointment nor be able to attend within 24 hours. I don't know what kind of establishment tries to take advantage of a patient that has previously had numerous appointments, but needless to say I no longer feel comfortable working with a practice

I didn't have that good an experience here. Romviel Vincent might be very competent but I found him brusque, inattentive while I was exercising, provided inadequate communication on what we were doing. There were no written directions for home. I am much happier now at George Washington Hospital Rehab Center.

Vincent is excellent. His approach is thorough and comprehensive, but also very straightforward. I had lower back pain and some bulging discs, etc. He focused on the muscle systems that matter - core and back muscles, and spinal flexibility and strength. I felt better after two weeks. There is work involved - but that's what it takes. Vincent is also a kind person, and stays very attentive and interested in your progress.
