Tenant since 2018. Otto has addressed every concern I have had, and in a timely manner. There will always be people you can't make happy and neighbors you don't like. Some people are just EWWW. The apartment itself is awesome. So much cleaner without carpet when having pets or allergies. I have more storage than I know what to do with. It is very affordable. I have 3 pets, I was so excited when they said I could have them all! It is a business, not a charity.

I called around to so many apartments and was only treated nicely by Bohouse. I spoke to Kristin on the phone, and Auto via text prior to my move in. I moved in during COVID and they set up a contactless showing at a time that fit my schedule. The entire process was online, and now that I have moved in, I can pay rent and submit maintenace items all online. This is my 2nd apartment, but it's really been great so far. It's not luxury, but it is affordable and nicely remodeled. Highly reccomend.

It has been really refreshing to work with the new management (they have been here for about a year, I think). They are super responsive. For the minor issues I've had, they have fixed the in a timely manner. I like being able to make maintenance requests online and text the office. It is night and day compared to previous management.

I love these apartments. Management is fantastic, they respond to a text, call, or email so quickly. Most have my neighbors have lived here for years so we are a committed community. I love the location as we are close to everything you can need, grocery, post office, bank, BMV and even my insurance company is within walking distance. Quiet, inexpensive, well maintained, charming, and convenient. I recommend these apartments to anyone looking.

This was my first apartment in Fort Wayne and it was a very good choice. Management was very easy to contact and they always got to back us very quickly even on non business days. When we had a problem with our sink management was able to send someone to fix within the hour. They are constantly renovating and improving there area making it a very nice place to live. I have never had an issue with any adjacent tenants. Our 2br apt had a surprising amount of storage space. They were also very cooperative with us with signing in our lease. Overall it was a great place to stay!

This is my second time touring Waynedale Village apartments, once in 2015 and once in 2018. The positive difference with the new management / ownership (Bohouse) is extreme. They have improved the interiors and exterior of the buildings in almost every way. What used to be a questionable area now appears to be occupied by a great mix of residents. Management seems very active when it comes to maintenance, trash pickup and keeping the "riff raff" out. I did not end up renting here because they did not have the apartment size available that I wanted but as soon as they have a studio, I will be back
