Skyline Tower

I don't think anyone is running this place. New building only a couple years old and didn't run fiber to the 12-floors of space. Everyone is stuck with Xfinity and no other options.
Can't keep the pet zone clean or supplied.
Can't be bothered to clean the hallways or stairwells.
Zero resident support as the "office" is an unrented apartment that's almost always empty.
Elevators break down and "office" doesn't communicate the status of repairs if any forthcoming.

I have a friend who lives there. It's a very nice apartment. We have had many girls nights there.

Took my app fee and said income was Assets included. Lol these people dont know the difference between assets and income?? I am out $50.

This is THE hardest rating I’ve done yet, because I do have a very nice apartment overlooking the beautiful blooming courtyard in the Spring and Summer months, and management and maintenance have been so great to me. Aimee and Jeff are really exceptional. As with any new building, there are kinks to iron out and they actively do their best at this. The major complaint I have is that there is no soundproofing between the walls and ceiling, whatsoever. I’ve looked at other luxury apartment reviews in other cities in Indiana and the complaints are the same. It must not be in the Indiana building

Beautiful, brand-new apartment building. Updated and modern rooms are spacious and comfortable. Rates are competitive with nearby apartments. Close to several popular locations downtown, and the commute to work is easy. Both the leasing office and maintenance are prompt and knowledgeable. Great place to live!

Great apartment complex. Maintenance requests are typically completed the day of, and at latest the following day. The leasing office responds immediately to any email if you have any questions. The only *minor issue* I would say is that there is no electronic access if you have a friend that arrives at the front door. Almost every newer apartment complex I have ever been at, they use a remote access key that you can give to friends/guests so that they can be let in without having to go down to the main entrance. With that being said, that is the only minor inconvenience that I have noticed. Great

Lovely bldg. I have family that live there. I like the large windows & the views + the floor plan as well as the security in place!

I do not move into the apartment until next month. However, I have had NO difficulties whatsoever with contacting anybody in management at the tower. My emails and phone calls have been answered or returned on the same day if not the same hour. I have dealt almost exclusively with Aimee and she has responded to my many, many queries quickly and with enthusiasm.

Does nobody work here? I’ve been trying to get ahold of ANYONE for days now. So unprofessional.

These apartments are the best Fort Wayne has to offer. The downtown is alive and well.
