If I could give 0 STARS I WOULD!! We have had no heat for a MONTH. They would come and fix it prior and tell me it was "working" never lasted more than a day or two. Then the final time they were here, they for ONCE had a professional come out, because their maintenance don't know ANYTHING about fixing a heater. And the guy told my husband and I, that the heater was MELTING it's own wires and our whole apartment could have gone up in flames. I have two children, one is 10 months and the other is 19 months!! The weather outside has been 10 DEGREES THIS WHOLE WEEK. my children can't leave upstairs

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible place to live. Never go here. Disrespectful staff and maintenance. Not to mention the maintenance people stalk and harass you. The company just wants to take your money and that’s it. They say they renovated the homes but they didn’t really change anything. They could care less about you and your problems. Please do yourself a favor and fine somewhere else to live.

This company is literally the WORST and very unprofessional. I never gotten notice of move in (which was back in July) and I asked for my money back for my down payment and application fee since they never gotten back with me. It’s going on 5 months and still haven’t received no updates or calls. I call several times a month and get the same BS response of “I call you later today or tomorrow” but no solution. I highly don’t recommend this company !

Requested my AC unit be fixed a week ago (I just moved in a few days prior) They waited through one heat advisory. “Fixed it” and it broke days later. So they’re about to wait through a SECOND heat advisory. Office workers are in accessible, they never answer and I watched them ignore my phone call while sitting in front of the office. Beyond bs

They have been very patient with me especially from where I came from. The homes are beautiful and the staff is great and helpful. I give it a 4 only because my son closet door hasn’t been fixed since I got here and you can’t keep anything outside. Other than that I understand they want a clean and up kept community. Things I didn’t understand they helped with.
