Onsite or online, we offer a great workout in a supportive community for both adults and youth athletes!. We are being extremely thoughtful about keeping our facility clean for those who are comfortable coming into our small studio. We have also continued virtual training for those who feel more comfortable with that option. Check out our in studio safety plan here. We are dedicated to providing our clients with an exceptional, individualized personal training experience. We offer this experience in the form of one-on-one personal training, small-group personal training, nutrition coaching and our SPARKS Youth Performance Enhancement Training. Our Fuse brand is built on the concept of community, a place where people of all fitness levels can achieve better health.
A great way to be challenged by a personal trainer while enjoying the community created in a group setting with like-minded folks who become family. Groups limited to 12 participants, so our trainers can adjust the workouts to fit each individual's needs and abilities. A private option for those who want direct one-on-one attention to focus on specific goals.
With classes offered up to 3 times per day, 5 days per week, you pick the option that works best. Contact Austin for current schedule. This program is open to youth with determination and focus! Training with a group of up to 12 kids means the energy is high while our trainers can still ensure each athlete receives individual adjustments to meet them at their level.
To put it simply, it is our method of tracking your progress and making recommendations to help you reach your goals. This includes bi-weekly body composition checks, a customized meal plan, and one-on-one nutrition coaching. The best part is that it comes free with your training program! Reaching your fitness goals takes a combination of exercise, good nutrition, and a customized supplement plan to help fill nutritional gaps.
Here at Fuse Fitness Coaching, we love to be able to sponsor local organizations and charity events within our community whenever we are able. From youth sports organizations to charity galas, we truly enjoy doing our part! Even for things like our holiday company parties, we enjoy having the opportunity to give back!
