I have a long term lower back issue that really affects my daily life. I was at a pretty low point at the end of December, 2019. Started seeing Sam in early January of 2020. There were immediate signs of improvement and the improvement has continued in the following weeks and months with follow up appointments.
Sam has provided great physical care for me and additionally his 'bedside manner' and willingness to listen have been almost as important. Pain is a difficult thing, and I recommend this service for anyone that is hurting.

I first went in to see Sam with a calf strain, quad strain (d/t compensation), tricep strain, and ankle immobility. Sam systematically worked his magic with his soft tissue techniques and helped QUICKLY resolve all three strains. We've continued to work through the ankle mobility issue, which is chronic, and there's been significant improvement. I'm so grateful for what Sam has done for me, and I would happily recommend him to others!

Sam is great at manual therapy treatments. I went to him for neck pain and hip issues. Sam listened to my pain complaints and could explain why and what was causing my pain. His use of scrapers, cupping and physical therapy exercises made a huge improvement in my range of motion and decreased my pain. I have recommended Sam to many people and will continue to. I had a hamstring injury that was limiting my physical activity and caring for my young children. My chiropractor recommended Sam and he was able to help me with stretching it, strengthening it, “demangling” the muscle, and getting me back to running! I suffered from shoulder pain in both of my shoulders. It had gotten to the point where it was affecting my sleep. My doctor sent me to physical therapy which just caused more pain. I ended up having a cortisone shot in one shoulder just to relieve the pain. I also had limited range of motion in both shoulders. Then I found Sam. From the first session I felt relief! If you are experiencing joint, tendon or muscle issues you need to check this place out. I have had one shoulder and an elbow rehabbed. Both were chronic issues that had been going on for months. I have recommended four other people and all have had the same results as did the guy who referred me. Sam knows his business.

This place has changed me in so many ways! I have been doing yoga with Sam for several years and know that he has the knowledge and experience necessary for helping me to improve my physical (and mental) health. That is why I bit the bullet last summer and started strength training. I’m not a person who has ever worked out much at all, very resistant to it, don’t feel I’m athletic... but now, I can easily say I am stronger, feel more physically confident, and my energy has increased.
