My son lives at Springtree. I love how clean and well kept the property is every time I go to visit him. It is a very beautiful place. They just added two more bbq areas which makes it so much more convientient since one of those is right next to his apartment and we love to bbq. Last but not least the staff at Springtree is attentive and kind to our needs which is really appreciated.

I recently moved to the Springtree Apartments and everything has been great so far. The manager is very detail-oriented and friendly. The service manager Coy, is amazing. He is very nice, efficient, and he calls before hand to arrange a time for whatever service you need. He's the best guy for what ever job you need!

I don't live at Springtree Apartment, but when I saw an opening, I got in touch with Khanh Nguyen. After one phone conversation with her, I submitted and application and paid the holding fee the same day (07/12/2021) and hope to call this place home in future. However, it's been 2 days since I've submitted the application and paid the fee and it seems impossible to get in touch with her or anyone to discuss the application. I've called, left voicemails, sent emails, and I even visited the leasing office in person and not a single person in sight or anyone to get in touch with

Spring Tree Apartments is a fantastic place to live! My boyfriend and I have been tenants since October 2020 and we love how friendly the leasing and maintenance staff are. Heather and Kahn are super helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for their tenants. Our one bedroom is spacious for my boyfriend and I. The laundry facilities are nice and open 24 hours and Spring Tree has 2 pools, which is nice to have during the summer.
I HIGHLY recommend checking out Spring Tree if you are looking for nice, quiet, and spacious living.

I would like to say thank you to our maintenance guy Jason for going the extra mile and cutting the grass on my patio that's been growing out of control for months. Every time I tried to get the office to have the landscape people that cut the rest of the grass in our community cut it, seem to have fell on death ears and it was always an excuse. My grass became home to others while growing wild and not maintained. Jason was great, came right in when he said he would and took care of business. I appreciate you Jason for looking out and making me and my granny feel better about our patio. Now

I can't believe how bad thing have change here at Springtree apartments I have live here for over 7 yrs and I have never seen it this bad we pay so much money on rent plus a additional bill we have from the apartments and now we have to pay another fee for paying the rent on line, what the hell is this and we get our cars broken into the Maintanece guy messing with all the woman here and his wife calling back to ask what we want it's just bad I can't even have my carpets change after so many years. I have so much bad things to say

Moved in recently and I need to say I fall in love with this place. If it's possible I want to give them more than 5 stars!
First shoutout for Ken and Heather the business manager for their wonderful service. They care about everything u say and they call u to give u updates and they helped us successfully move in here. They have the best attitude that I've ever seen in any kind of leasing office they're energetic they always have a smiling friendly face when they're talking to you and they're helpful whenever I ask them any questions.

Just recently moved here with my fiancée, Ken and Francisco were AMAZING, Francisco went out of his way our first day here to help us find our unit and parking Space. Ken called me that following Monday and checked up on me and made sure I was taken care of. The apartments are always clean and well maintained. Thank you guys for all your hard work.

I moved here August 2019 and I have to say the management department including Francisco and Ken has made it a pleasure living here!! Francisco even helped me out with changing my light bulbs I love how they are always available, willing, happy to help with any concerns I have I would give them 10 stars if possible

Took a tour here with my friend a day ago with Francisco. Honestly one of the most chill and friendly person ever, very funny too. Met Ken the property manager, he's literally the most nicest person. Everyone was so nice and the neighborhood seemed very quiet which we like. Can't wait to hopefully move here soon!
