Unique Physique was established over 15 years ago and was owned and operated by Jay Watterson. After 15 years at his 154 Barberry Place location, Jay was presented with the opportunity to purchaseClub Genesis, which was just right around the corner. Although it was a tough decision, Jay decided to move his well established business, staff, trainers, clients and some select equipment over to the Club Genesis location.
The combined training experience of the Trainers at Loveland Athletic Club is more then 25 years. It is the trainers' goal to make everyone who comes to the club feels comfortable, no matter what stage you are in your fitness experience. All the trainers thoroughly enjoy helping people to achieve their goals and are capable of training for all levels of fitness.
After being in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years we saw so many things that we wanted to do to help members with their health goals. We have studied the "Gym" and Personal Training industry in depth, including interviewing current clients and members. We found some major gaps that needed to be filled.
Mary Lou Brigham is a licensed, certified massage therapist with over 12 years of experience. She is a graduate of Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins. She has advanced training in Neuromuscular Therapy Active Release Techniques.

TYPICAL ATHLESTIC CLUB- EVEN WHEN YOU CANCEL THEY CONTINUE TO TRY TO BILL YOU. I THINK THEY MUST NEED THE MONEY BECAUSE THEY BILL WHEN THEY'RE NOT OWED THE MONEY. Whatever you do DO NOT GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD. Their billing company is a wreck. They billed me before my 2 year membership was even up. I gave Loveland Athletic Club written notice that I would not be renewing more 3 months in advance and now their billing company keeps trying to charge and emails that they're sending me to collections. This is AFTER I resent a PDF of my cancellation, signed by a LAC employee and it says DO NOT BILL

The LAC is a great gym for anyone, from beginners to body builders. What I love is that they have a lot of space and plenty of equipment. The staff always makes you feel welcome and they are very encouraging. I personally love my personal trainer and the boot camp classes! Both always provide a great variety. Tony, the boot camp instructor always shows up with great energy and makes sure everyone gets the perfect workout for their fitness level.

Incredible gym. One of the best gyms I've ever been to! I am constantly on the move for work both around the US and internationally so I am not always around. LAC has been so patient and helpful working with me in my situation with me being gone so much. On top of that this is one of my favorite gyms! It's not hiding behind the rich corporate fluff and gives a quality gym with all the real necessities in a gym. I love having full dumbbell sets in three different rooms. There is already so much space in there it never feels crowded but its nice to be able to move around and do different dumbbell

I love this place. I was looking for a gym closer to my house and ended up here because it was the closest. I went in and was greeted by the very friendly staff and given a full tour of the gym, Then they showed me their very reasonable prices and I was sold. I have been going for a few months now and everyone who works there and all the trainers I have met have been exceptional. They have pretty much all the equipment you would ever need. Nothing fancy but everything works. They have multiple sets of everything as well so you don't usually have to wait around for a machine.
