Justin (The Owner) was awesome! Just like some of the other reviews I’m a first time home buyer that didn’t understand anything when purchasing a new home. He felt like a brother that lets you know thoroughly what needs to be done and what can be fixed here and there. I know for a fact that the allotted time he was given for my inspection was waaaay less than what he actually spent on helping my family and realtor team. So the fact that he went above and beyond when he didn’t need to really made me feel like this guy is the best offer for Home Inspections! I wouldn’t even mind if he wanted

Justin was very knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to work with. He explained everything to us so that we could understand what he was doing, and he explained to us how to monitor our household appliances ourselves. He was also very personable and fun to be around. He guaranteed that if something happened to the house because of an insufficient inspection, that his company would buy the house at full price (very few people offer this). We would definitely recommend Justin to anyone needing a home inspection!

From the moment we contacted Justin, he was very responsive to us. Mind you, it was late Friday and after business hours when we texted him. He asked the necessary questions and made an appointment that same day. We appreciated the reminders too.
