IF YOU ARE A WOMAN OR WITH FAMILY DO NOT STAY HERE. DOORS DO NOT LOCK! Terrible customer service. The front desk man assigned me room 208 around 2:20 pm. Tried to get into 208. Room key doesn't work. Was reassigned to room 207. The front desk man tells me he'll give me a key later. He comes back to fix the door to room 208 but doesn't bring me a key for 207. I ask him to lock the door to 207 since I am leaving. He said he will lock it. I ask him to lock it and he says it's locked. I check and the door pushes open. I tell him it doesn't lock. He said he will lock it. So I reluctantly leave around

Placed reservations for rooms and was told that my reservations were good to go and even ensured my stay was locked in. Once we arrived, was told sorry, the rooms I reserved was "too many" now it is too late to get any hotels in the area for 3 DAYS!!! NOT COOL. DONT STAY HERE! Bad customer service and bad business eticate!!!

The room was clean, but it smelled off... not dirty, but not pleasant. The photo has a pool... There is no pool; as it has been filled in, and an odd sitting area put in place. There is a homeless couple staying in the parking lot. Google maps does not take you to the actual entrance. The wifi is not particularly strong. You will want to hold down the latch on the toilet for a while when you go to flush. The AC unit is not very effective on full bore - barely keeping the room cool.
There are cheaper locations that I have heard are nicer - but finding vacancies in this town can be very difficult

My king size bed was comfortable. Old air conditioner made noise. Wi.fi. was down. My toilet wouldn't flush .Bad plumbing. I could see light out of the door frame. Dirty bed spread had something on it. They do not wash them every use. I was told ..don't complain... The one thing that was good was cable t.v. wow! Outdated hotel desperately needs to be upgraded.
