This is NOT a 4 star hotel what do ever. They gave that rating to themselves . Breakfast was disgusting and over priced . Rooms are nice real great rooms . Customer service was horrible . I would not recommend bringing your family here . The waitress was nice until I had a problem with the bill being 40 dollars for crappy eggs and waffles when online it said it was free . When I asked about it she said you have to buy the package that makes it free . No one told us this so we ended up stuck with a bill . Literally quality inn has the same breakfast for free . DO NOT STAY HERE. Room was incredibly dirty. So bad that we ended up leaving and checking out. Trash on our floor. Shower was disgusting and there were crumbs or something in the bed. The sheets had clearly not been changed. We planned on staying following a work event that was held here and they would not refund our stay. Not worth it. Find somewhere else to stay!!! I will be reporting my stay to the better business bureau.

Bed was good. Ceiling cracking, see photo....no trash removal from room and no vacuuming , no towel removal during week long stay....price is far to expensive for with view of sidewalk only. No hairdryer, small one cup water heater for coffee, but bring your coffee. Closet door off track.... Hallways dark....few seating areas

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, not just because it is so dirty and poorly maintained, but also because the majority of the staff are miserable working there, and some are aggressively rude. Unfortunately we were staying for a family event, so we had already paid for an entire week before we checked in. Here are the lowlights..
Gnats were coming up out of the sink drain our entire stay. Toilet had issues and would constantly run. Called front desk who said they would send someone up to remedy the issues. Nobody came by.

HAUNTED! We stayed at this place for a tournament as a team, but the place was so big with tons of empty space (so none of us were in a good distance from each other) The while building was creepy and gross, with ceiling falling out and water damage. There was no room number sign for us, it had fallen off. The rooms smelt bad, and we were convinced it's haunted. It was dark and creepy on all floors, and there are no security cameras on any floors in the hallways for safety. The only reason I give them two stars was for the buffet they gave our team in a private room. They also had the buffet

It was absolutely terrible. The rooms were bad. The pictures are nothing like what it really is. Bad shower. Nasty bathrooms. If you don't have a voucher for everything you are charged extra after it said things are included. Ridiculous. The breakfast was $34.00 for three people and not good. We were supposed to have vouchers and did not receive them. The night we tried the restaurant we could not get any service and then after finally being seated couldn't even get a water. We had Easter Brunch 2021 at the Hotel Elegante. Our reservation was a little late (2:30pm) as it was the only time slot that was available so I had my concerns about the quality and availability of the brunch items. Score! Home Run! The brunch was amazing. Everything was available and the staff were kind and friendly. The table was elegant and the food was delicious. Thank you to everyone who made my family's brunch a wonderful experience.

Upon entering it felt dark and 'heavy in the atmosphere. I was right...the room was dark, facing an interior courtyard. I couldn't open the curtains because there would be NO privacy. It felt like midnight in that room even in the morning. Yuck. Really uncomfortable. Front desk should warn guests when they're being assigned a dank cave room.
Attention to detail in terms of cleanliness? NOPE. They've had ALL this time during Covid to scour the rooms.

Sad to see how this has gone hill so much in a year. This was our fav spot in town but will not return. Try to check in - a long wait and then wrong room assigned, not all food vouchers received (when I went back to ask for the vouchers for the 2nd day I waited so long and then I was treated like a criminal- my fault the staff made the error). The room assignment should have been fixed on day 2. Lobby was so dirty by 830 am. Rooms were not spotless, not sanitized. Maybe I should have informed them about COVID. We have a large family and no where else in the area could accommodate us, leaving us with the only option of getting 2 rooms, then seen this place and called, they had a loft suite for us (which the kids loved!) the upstairs had a queen, nice huge bathtub, and bathroom the downstairs had a sleeper sofa in a living room setting and bathroom, also patio doors leading to pool area and places to sit, beautiful Mountain View from there! Staff was super helpful and awesome, there's a restaurant and a Starbucks inside the hotel and we got a few vouchers for free drinks and meals, wanted to stay

If I could give this zero stars I would. So so so filthy. I can not get over how dirty the room was. Outdated is doable but this room was clearly not cleaned. There was ice cream on the night stand and used soaps left on the sink. We walked into the room looked around and checked right out. Waiting for hotel to refund our charges. Do not stay here!!!

We enjoyed our stay here, we loved the friendly, caring service of all the staff, and the food was delicious. The manager even made sure we forgot the best view from our deluxe room for our week long vacation. We so appreciated how they went the extra mile! The wait staff and check-in staff were all smiling and wonderful. The rooms were updated, modern and very clean. We loved the Keurig & Starbucks coffee & Bath & Body Works toiletries. Rooms were not cleaned properly, we found two pairs of shoes under our beds. Our rooms also weren't cleaned everyday.
Front desk was a little rude as well
I found a key in the lobby so I went to take it to the front desk
When I approached the lady behind the counter picked up the phone
I went to place the card and wanted to quickly say I found this as I knew she was not speaking to anyone yet but she turned to the side... rude and unprofessional
I left the key on the counter and left
Oh and they use powdered eggs for breakfast, grossed me out
