Kelly Leninger at Washington Wellness knows her business when it comes to helping people with musculoskeletal issues. Charles's knee pain on stairs has been significantly reduced as a result of the care she has provided. She also identified and is working on other issues that affect normal, every-day mobility. Charged me 40% more than quoted. When I was upset pointed me to their policy that quotes are not final.
So I ask how do you come up with your quotes? And are they more often than not lower than what ends up being billed?
Imagine if your plumber did that and would send you to collections if you didn't pay.
PT service was fine although most often double booked.

Great physical therapy, I have been very happy with the quality, structure, and service of the physical therapists.
On the administrative side, however, I have been disappointed. Washington Wellness directly charged me for my physical therapy sessions, rather than charging my insurance provider. In the process, Washington Wellness overcharged me a couple of hundred dollars.
The staff have acknowledged this, but it has been nearly four months since my last physical therapy, and I still have not received a refund. My emails often go unanswered, and the staff typically deflect my calls. This is
