Services
The Georgia Conference of Home Inspectors is your resource for in-person industry-standard home inspection training. Our professional trainers will guide you through the all areas of one and two family dwelling home inspection. Upon successful completion of our 6 Week Training Course', you will be a certified residential home inspector in the state of Georgia.
This accelerated course still offers the same amount of course days study material personal instruction field training and report writing but takes over 11 days vs 30 days. Our students normally only meet twice a week over a 4 week period. This course takes place starting right after orientation. The January course will return to 4 weeks on Wed and Th 630p-930p.
Our 4 week lecture course uses a combination of elements to ensure a balanced and informative training experience. Upon completion of all coursework, students are required to take and pass a final examination. The home inspection certification course requires each student to actively participate in a minimum of one Instructor- led Field Inspections.
