The inspection was spot on and helped me realize the expensive problems that existed with the failing roof supports. We were very pleased with the home inspection Rick conducted for us. He didn't rush the process and was very thorough with his inspection. He pointed out different items and areas that would need our attention, such as rain gutter repairs, water pipes that could use insulation, and hand rails that could use better grips. All in all we were very pleased with the inspection.
