Services
Premiere Inspections has been serving the Metro Atlanta Area since 2001, we are committed to service. We Pride ourselves in delivering thorough, detailed, comprehensive, complete, user-friendly inspection reports. Our inspection reports are computer generated with digital photos of the major issues and delivered via e-mail within 24 hrs.
If you are buying an existing home, a new home, or building a new home, it is important that you have it inspected by a code certified Home Inspector. Prior to 1991, the state of Georgia did not have a uniform building code / standard. Therefore, each municipality decided the construction standards that would be used for construction in their respective jurisdictions.
Delford is a certified inspector trained to conduct quality, thorough and informative home inspections with over 15 years of combined residential construction and home inspection experience. Delford also has experience as a licensed General Contractor with hands on experience for new construction, rehab and repair.
Now that you are in the market for a new home and you need to get it inspected, here are some suggestions that might be valuable to you. Be actively involved in your inspection process; if possible, deal directly with your home inspector. Be sure that the person inspecting your property is the person that you selected for services and not someone sent to fill in unless you have prior knowledge.
Q: Should I be present during the Inspection? A: We recommend that you be present, in most cases near the end of the Inspection, however you are welcome to be present from start to finish. Q: Why use our Services? A: The purchase of a new home is one of the single most costly investments that a family will make.

As a Realtor, I highly recommend having inspections done on new and resale homes prior to closing. I have referred many clients over the past fifteen years to Mr. Murphy and he has delivered a full quality inspection as promised.

Inspector - Delford - failed to come out to final inspection saying he didn’t know after we had a phone call, email reminder and text reminder. When I called him he was very nonchalent. Very unprofessional as this could have delayed our closing. I would NEVER recommend his services.
