I am a Northern-California native, calling Sacramento home since 1980. I have 30 years of experience; primarily in multifamily & senior affordable communities. I am a Licensee with CalBRE and a Notary Public. I also hold designations in COS, RCM, TCAC in addition to multiple acknowledgements in a variety of training courses plus minor designations.
Responsibilities include performing general maintenance tasks including work orders and unit turns, maintaining the grounds, common areas, and laundry rooms. The position reports to the maintenance supervisor or community manager. Performs maintenance projects and tasks with minimal supervision consistent with Company policy and direction from Maintenance Supervisor, Community Manager and/or Regional Manager.
Jordan Management Company (JMC) is a licensed California real estate organization specializing in the management of government financed housing projects. Since 1965, JMC has provided cost effective property management for over 2,000 apartment units in Northern California and Nevada. The Jordan Management Company has over 45 years of successful affordable property and asset management experience, subject to a regulatory agreement.
At the same time we will preserve our owner's asset by providing a united team effort with our owners. We manage as if we owned it. The Jordan Management Company family has built and developed many apartment complexes in northern California. We manage other owner's property investments with the same personal attention that we give our own properties.
Denise Gilbert was first introduced into property management at an early age and while in high school, she worked for her father, Steve N. Jordan. Mr. Jordan developed 18 affordable (FHA_CHFA financed), apartment projects in Northern California and Nevada, and in 1972, he established Jordan Management Company (JMC).

The manager at the Florin Gardens is very rufre, unprofessional and disrespectful, her name is Malika. She kept Hanging up on me purposely, even when I asked for your information and her name she Gave it to me rudely and then hung up again in my face. You guys need to fire her asap, she is not a good look for your company at all. Please someone talk to.her about this because the next time won't be good for her. She needs to know how to talk to people if she's answering the phone and representing your company. She gets an F big time, she needs to be replaced.
