This was my first experience with Action properties and it didn't disappoint. From the receptionist, Maintenance to the Property Managers nothing but professionalism. I either spoke to someone with the questions I had or they called me back within 24 hours. The Portal is user friendly too. 5 stars

We have used action for our rental property for almost 11 years. I have been very happy with them. They are professional, friendly, prompt and are good at communicating with us. It is nice having them to handle all our needs and knowing we don't have to worry about anything, freeing us up to to be able to manage other things.

I like the fact that is well staffed. Each staff member has a specific job to do in the company. It easy to know who to call when you need something. Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to. It is also a pleasure to let others take care of things for a change, We used to manage our rentals for 20 years.

We've been with Action Properties since February 2021 and we very pleased with the services from Action Properties. This includes the property listing, screening, showing of the property, and the background checks to completed signed lease. We also have the property management services that addresses questions and maintenance issues arising from the tenants request for services. I've seen action properties in my neighborhood. they took out a dead tree in front of one of their properties and never replaced it with a tree. Each house has a tree in front of it so now this house does not have a tree and it looks funny. I contacted action and they did not care they had lots of excuses. . Now every house on the block has a tree except for this one and it looks not right. But they don't care they're just action properties. Below our pictures. Now the neighborhoods not the same. Thank u action properties. . Every house has a tree. In about 20 years when these trees are full grown
