We rent a property in Roseville through RPM & when a repair issue needs to be fixed or taken care of, they're on it right away.
Albert came out & fixed our bathroom door in a timely manner & was very friendly, professional, & even told me what the issue was. He gave me advice on how fix a loose towel bar hanging on the wall as well.
Ashley, who handled the phone calls & texts from me made sure Albert got this door issue scheduled ASAP also. She's so friendly & professional too when you communicate with her. Kudos RPM !

I’ve been living at my rental for almost 3 years now. I’ve sent a few maintenance requests over my time and they have fixed or replaced what was needed with quick response.
Recently I noticed our wood floors by the rear sliding door were saturated with water during the rainstorms we just had. I sent a request in and Albert came out right away. He assessed the problem and came back to take care of the issue right away. Even with a packed schedule he squeezed me because of the forecasted storm next week.
Albert did an amazing job and we are confident there will be no more leaks.

Just wanted to show some appreciation for Tawney @ Results! I'm a single dad having to move with 3 kids & pets. The biggest stress during this search has been the lack of response from agents. Tawney has been the complete opposite. She's been quick to respond, completely transparent & 100% communicative from the start. I’ve had to request for a few things to be fixed and Albert comes out and gets the job done and if it’s something he doesn’t have to fix the problem don’t worry because he will get whatever it is and the job still gets done and being a single parent he makes me feel comfortable while being around to get the job done! Great guy for the job
