I highly recommend RentPros Property Management. I've been using them since 2011 and have found them to be competitively priced and very professional. They did a fantastic job at helping me find a tenant for my house in S. Land Park Hills, and that same tenant is still there today (2019). They are also responsive when I need help with maintenance issues and they have established relationships with a variety of contractors/vendors.

The cost of full-service professional Property Management is approximately 5% of the rent amount regardless of what management company you choose. The difference between one company and another is in the service they provide. Management may vary slightly depending on: Property type, condition, location, the amount of rent charged and the total number of units.

Mary and Adel literally got me approved and into a home I love in less than 2 weeks. I had been working with a couple other property management companies whom rarely responded to me and made me feel like an inconvenience. We have been renting thru Rent Pros for over a year now. Very friendly staff. Responds to our calls, emails very quickly and efficiently. Jen is amazing. We love how she stays on top of things whether its heat, ac, plumbing you name it.

Our property manager, Ben from RentPros, was a proactive and a key piece in setting up our house to be rented. He scouted the areas around taking up details that would add to benefit both landlord & tenant and renting within a 2-3 week window. At the end of the day I highly recommend Ben & RentPros for not only their speed, but efficiency and amazing quality !!

I have been renting with this company for approximately 4 years now and they all have been WONDERFUL!!! They are always responsive and in a timely fashion. We have no complaints about them. Anytime we have a maintenance issue or question they jump right in and get it taken care of. Their staff is absolutely the best!

I rented a home managed by RentPro's for the past 3 years
Tara was my main contact throughout my tenancy and was super responsive to all our requests! We also dealt with Mary as well who was very prompt and professional. There were a few minor issues throughout our stay however the response time from both the office staff and vendors was quick and someone was out to resolve the issues almost immediately.
Move out was very smooth and Kauron was fantastic with email responses as well as the walk through and final charges.
Very happy with our stay and would have stayed longer if the home owners

We've been renting from from RentPros for a couple of years now. Moved from Maryland to CA for a new job. When we found this house through them - we really liked it, but it was still undergoing repairs and was supposed to be ready by certain date. We went ahead and signed the lease, even though we were worried that its not gonna be ready on time. But the house was ready by the promised date - we were happy about that. And later, whenever we needed anything fixed - Jennifer K. responds quickly and takes care of the issue. Very easy going and reliable.

September 2021 Update: After quite a bit of chaos, my bathroom was renovated and I have a much better working relationship with RentPros. Maybe they were going through a time of turbulence themselves but a switch was definitely flipped and our concerns have been taken much seriously.
