Elaine is overpriced for the quality of work. She did not communicate with myself and the opposing attorney in a timely manner. She called my daughter by the wrong name twice. The safety of my daughter and myself were a low priority to her. When asked about the quality of her work she gave weak, personal reasons. Very unhappy 😡

I called Elaine for a consult and she was so helpful. She answered all my questions and provided me with information needed to file time-sensitive court documents myself. If I need to retain an attorney in the near future, I am confident in her ability to represent me.

This attorney is a one person operation which means that you'll be charged attorney fees, as opposed to paralegal or clerical fees, for every document she creates. She is very sloppy with this which means revision after revision, resulting in increased, unwarranted fees. Stay away from this one.
