My philosophy is that we can do anything! We can always grow or improve, whether it be physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. Whether you are seeking to feel more confident in your own skin, move and feel better, overcome a shift in your bodies' mobility (or lack thereof), or have less fear of doing what you love to do, we can work through things together.
Get your best workout! Individualized one-on-one sessions are time for us to work on your specific needs and goals. You will be challenged to work your hardest, at your own ability, and experience success in all you can do. Pack up your courage and resolve, and bring it to the studio where a wide variety of exercises and equipment will be used to develop a stronger, healthier, and more balanced you.
Each class features a wide variety of exercises and equipment for a fun, full-body workout that improves balance, strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. No two classes are quite the same. Plus, you'll have the support and camaraderie of fellow class goers to keep you inspired. Each station is modified according to individual ability.
Enjoy the splendor of Maine with an outdoor experience that's sure to leave you (and your friends) feeling revitalized. Just think about which activities you would like to do, how mellow or intense your adventure should be, when to go, and leave the details to us. Adventures range from a couple of hours to day trips and weekend-long excursions.
We understand that starting out in the field of fitness and wellness can be difficult, especially when trying to find reasonably priced studio space. That is why our studio space is available to rent for start up or part time use for personal training, yoga, dance, or anything that needs an open, clean, private space.
