I am writing this review on behalf of my husband, his treatment plan started in May/June. He had all of his top teeth pulled as well as most of his bottom teeth and was eventually fitted for dentures. This was in June 2021. It wasn’t until after Thanksgiving when he received his top dentures and they don’t fit correctly. We are now at December and he still doesn’t have his bottom dentures even though the dentures are in the office. The office staff is rude and they don’t return calls even though they tell you they will. The only assistant that I have found to be helpful is “Ashley”

One of the worst dentistry’s in Harford county. I was told I had 5-7 cavities between my teeth. I didn’t not believe them and went to another dentist to get a second opinion. This new dentist told me my teeth were healthy and I had no cavities!!!! Laurel Bush lied! Also the staff at Laurel bush is very rude. When they do fill your cavities, they don’t file the filing correctly and have messed up my bite. I had to go back in numerous times to get the filling re-filed. The main take away is THEY WILL LIE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!

This dentist office has very poor customer service and a lack of empathy for their patients. As a patient with a scheduled appointment, I called to inform them I was running a little late to my appointment but in route and only a few minutes away. I was then told that I would not be seen and would need to reschedule. I agreed to the reschedule and was told it wouldn't be until July. Since I was in excruciating pain I simply could not wait that long and asked if I could be fit in sooner. Staff and doctors are friendly and professional. Office is clean and well organized. I saw Dr Teddy today for a filling. It was painless and she has a great bedside manner. Her assistant was very efficient and friendly as well. My children all go there and now I will be going there for my dental care as well. Already scheduled my next visit. Definitely recommend this practice.

Clean office and the office staff , assistant and the doc. Are all super sweet and got me in quick for a cleaning and exam. The doctor is honest and will give you the truth about what you need done. No overcharging or unnecessary dental work. That makes me feel so much more comfortable coming to the dentist. Definitely check them out :)

I know it sounds crazy to say my trip to the dentist was a pleasure, but that’s the way it is. I was in and out quickly for my cleaning my teeth look great and everybody is always friendly. I wish could name the team that took care of me but through the masks it’s hard to hear. I’ve never had a bad experience there but this time was the best. Thanks everyone, and see you again soon!
