I highly recommend Apogee Home Inspections. Corey has performed two home inspections for me. He went out of his way to work around my schedule so that I could be present during the inspections.
Corey was extremely professional and thorough and answered all of the questions I had about the properties that I planned on purchasing.
His services are very affordable. My return on investment was tremendous. The issues he found which were corrected by the seller before closing more than covered the fee for his services.

Cory is on our preferred list and he is a great inspector cause he knows the business. He was/is a licensed realtor and understands the importance of working with buyers on their inspections and making sure they understand the full process of an inspection. He makes sure that the major issues are explained when it comes to the guidelines of loan types. If there are a few minor details that can be taken care of by the buyer , he doesn't escalate the repair cost, he sticks to the facts. He is always accommodating with schedules and is there when we need him. I would recommend Apogee Home Inspections
