Guardian Angel Inspections Inc, is based out of Royal Palm Beach and is a family operated multi-inspector company serving Southeast Florida. We are licensed and insured to perform numerous types of property inspections including: new construction inspection (draw inspections), resale home inspection, FHA certification inspection, four point insurance inspection and windstorm mitigation inspection.
A Home Inspection is a non-invasive process where all of the items typically used within a home are tested and/or operated to verify proper operation or installation. Doors and windows are opened and closed, roofing materials are inspected and air-conditioning and heating systems are operated.
The Home Inspector will fill the sinks and tub(s), run the shower(s), and flush the toilets, all while making notes on the condition and operation of the components tested.Upon completion an electronic report will be distributed to you. The process can be stressful. A home inspection is supposed to give you peace of mind but, depending on the findings, it may have the opposite effect.

I had a great experience with Guardian. The inspector was polite, on time and informative during the inspection. I also included a mold inspection as part of the service and so glad I did.
