Used Elite for several years. Property management is one of those things that goes well until it doesn’t but one typically hopes it will run well on its own. After all, the whole idea is to not have a mind things yourself.
Problems I had and am still having (aka Why I changed to a different company) include:
1. Asked for documents or photos... kept being told they’d been sent but just never seemed to get them without several requests.
2. Communication for tenant apparently not passed on. Tenant finally emails me and we get it done ourselves. Shouldn’t be.
3. Last tenant was supposed to

Darren and team has been helping us since 2015 with finding us qualified tenants, keeping us updated of issues and have done everything very professionally . Andrea has been really helpful with communication and I am very happy for the service that we have been receiving . They do have competitive rates and that means I never had to look anywhere else .
