One of my favorite aspects of being a lawyer is being able to help others in need. I originally set out to be an attorney because I've seen firsthand just how many people out there are in need of legal counsel and support. When I graduated from the Temple University School of Law in 1996, I decided to focus on criminal law because I believed that everyone, regardless of circumstance, deserves to have a strong defense.

According to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), in 2018, approximately 49,730 arrests were made for drunk driving statewide. Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is considered a serious infraction in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If convicted, the defendant could be facing severe penalties, including hefty fines, lengthy jail time, license revocation or suspension, and other life-altering consequences.
If you live in Philadelphia or another Pennsylvania community and have been accused of driving drunk for the second time in 10 years, you will face even harsher penalties if you are convicted. Individuals under 21 are not allowed to drink alcohol, and they are certainly not allowed to drive after drinking alcohol. Many states have taken a no-tolerance approach to underage drinking and driving, allowing individuals under 21 to be charged if breath or blood tests reveal any amount of alcohol in their systems.

I originally inquired John about another legal action and had completely forgotten about it. Family matters came up (in the middle of a pandemic) and I was pretty frantic. He had called me for a follow up on the previous legal action and I just so happened to really need a lawyer. I was dealing with some shady family estate issues. I have actually never face to face met with John, due to COVID but he has been nothing but available/responsive and on top of things and has been super reassuring in everything. Would recommend him to anyone who is seeking legal action in anything.
