Hykel Law
Although it often comes with controversy, immigration into the United States has always played a major role in the strength of its economy. Perhaps no one understands this more than the residents of Philadelphia, where the Liberty Bell still welcomes foreigners to one of the richest historical communities of our country.

Not knowing or understanding the system and laws of the U.S. can be a disadvantage for many foreign immigrants who wish to obtain permanent residency in the United States, either for themselves or for their loved ones. Hykel Law's Family-Based Immigration Services can lead you through the complicated process to achieve either temporary or permanent residency, depending on your situation.
Services
While attending law school, Renee Hykel Cuddy ambitiously trained and competed around the globe as an International Olympic athlete for the U.S. Olympic Rowing Team. She competed for the United States for six years and won several international medals. She brings this same tenacity to her Law Firm by doing everything she can to win your immigration or family law case.
If you are frustrated with an immigration law issue, let Hykel Law of Philadelphia, PA hear your case. We get results. We get cases approved that other lawyers simply turn away, either because of lack of understanding, time, or because of thinking it is a lost cause. Sometimes it comes down to paperwork and having a thorough comprehension of the system.
Hykel Law goes the extra mile to get your case approved as quickly as possible. We understand that your family's primary goal is to stay together, and our immigration legal services are sympathetic to this. We keep cost effectiveness and quality of service in mind, while striving to deliver premium results.

Some families become separated when a spouse or partner is able to achieve residency in the U.S. This could be due to one partner being born in the U.S., while their partner is considered a foreigner, or perhaps because of a work visa, student visa or many other circumstances. Hykel Law can bring you closer together, legally.

Renee and Hykel Law were very professional in dealing with my application for a green card.
They quickly set up a consultation with me after reaching out to the company and made clear the information they required for the application.
After submitting the application, they consistently provided updates on its status. The team comprehensively prepared me for the final interview with mock questions and general tips.
Suffice to say that the application was successful and I will be using the company again for future immigration matters.

Can't recommend Renee and her team enough. They all have been extremely responsive, clear and effective since the first introductory call, helped me and my wife navigate the entire AOS process with ease and patience and sorted out doubts and concerns we had even with matters that were only tangential to the Green Card process. We were even in different cities, but that didn't prevent any communication from happening smoothly and efficiently. With their help, we had an incredibly straightforward journey. Can't recommend Hykel Law enough.

Where do I begin?! If your looking for immigration services look no further because Hykel Law is the best!!
My wife and I applied for a marriage based green card with the help of Renne and her team. They were super responsive and knowledgeable since day 1! I didn’t really have a great idea of all the requirements for this process but Hykel Law made it very easy to understand and were transparent. As someone who has been through many lawyers for immigration purposes (in Philly & nationally) it was truly a breath of fresh air when working with Hykel Law. I’m truly thankful for Renee and her

My wife and I were planning on getting married and we were worried about adjustment of status and how the entire process would play out. There are mountains of paperwork and plenty of ways to mess up the process so we decided to hire Renee. After calling her initially we both felt that she was a perfect fit to assist us. My wife had a J1 visa without the 2 year requirement so the case was relatively simple but we did not want to risk having to leave the US because of an error. We were hit with a RFE which Renee easily guided us through and always assured us that things will proceed smoothly. She

I don't know how to express my gratitude towards Renee and her team. Renee has helped me win my I751 case (removing conditions on my greencard after my divorce) AND at the same time help me get my citizenship. I just received the approval notice for both applications yesterday and I was in tears. I have been on this immigration journey since 2016 with way too many hurdles to jump, but finally thanks to Renee and her team, all that is behind me, and I can finally look forward to a stable future here in America. Renee is very straightforward, super knowledgeable, and is always responsive. I can say

I would recommend Hykel Law to anyone that is seeking immigration assistance. Kylee was extremely responsive and answered the many questions I had. Renee is extremely knowledgeable and we were able to go through all of the steps of the process fully remote thanks to her clear and concise communication (with the exception of the in-person interview). Thank you Kylee & Renee!

Renee and her team are the definition of professionalism. If I could give 10 stars, I certainly would. We were new to the immigration process, and did our homework, looking for representation. Hykel Law seperated themselves from the pack as the right choice. Professional, responsive, friendly, and helped us through the immigration process that would have been near impossible without them. I give them my highest recommendation!

I highly recommend Hykel Law for immigration cases. Renee is knowledgeable, professional, thorough and always prepared. She and her team went above and beyond and helped guide us through the cumbersome and confusing green card process even through a global pandemic. She and her team were very organized and walked us through the process and application requirements which ensured a smooth application and interview. She set realistic timelines, was very responsive and sensitive to the timely nature of the process and requests. Her compassion, knowledge and expertise put us at ease. During the entire
