My personal experience with this attorney was not good. In my divorce case, he was very positive initially, then became very negative and went along with everything my spouse's attorney suggested. He offered me no ideas or suggestions to get what I wanted. During the court hearing, he didn't even address what I asked him to. It was unbelievable for an attorney to say to their client, you better hope your spouse doesn't ask for alimony because they'd win. That was it. I got another attorney. Just a terrible "service"... Cancelled on the DAY OF THE COURT DATE. Sent her clueless assistant in who seemed like 18 years old and knew NOTHING. Dished out 10k and we got a WORSE result than if we had NO lawyer. We were better off representing ourselves. Not to mention I had a feeling she and the other lawyer and the judge making deals with each other behind the scenes. The system stinks and feels very corrupt and hopefully the folks of the bad service have not gotten away with this. God is Watching

I referred Mr. Pagnanelli to represent a very close friend in divorce and custody proceedings. The divorce was very ugly with a lot of anxiety and a lot at stake, both financially and with children. This woman didn't even show up for the custody hearing and sent her assistant Erin who didn't know anything about our case and when she guaranteed partial custody at the beginning of the case around 9 months prior, I ended up getting only visitations which was the same thing the opposing party offered before I hired Maria. Paid thousands of dollars for something I could've done better without her. Doesn't even deserve one star. Save yourself the money, you're better off representing yourself. My experience with Mrs. Maria Testa was great. She was recommended to me by a close friend.
