Mr. Zeiger was my attorney last year and helped get me bail. Afterwards I went to a different attorney for my case but I wasn’t aware that My charges had be split into 2 case in 2 court rooms so when I got a new attorney he was only for 1 case. Well today I went to court with no lawyer because I didn’t know my lawyer wasn’t paid for that, but Mr. Zeiger was still on my docket so when they called he came and got my case dismissed and did it free of charge. I was so grateful because I didn’t know what to expect today but I do plan to pay him something a attorney like him deserves it. Thank

Brian did a horrible job on my son domestic violence case.The young lady that accuse my son of the domestic violence help me pay for his services as a lawyer she felt bad because SHE instigated the conflict as well. Long story short . …… She couldn’t have her way with my son , had him re arrested!! Lied about so much stuff. Brian didn’t present enough evidence, had my family and my son looking horrible in court. This young lady played the court system, my family and I feel this lawyer could have done way better!! in defense for my son . I’m curious to know why??? I believe it was a few

Brian Zeigler did not provide me effective assistance of counsel for the litigation of my federal criminal appeal in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; because he asserted arguments which were either unavailable, and or not yet ripe, for appellate review.
As such, it is my belief and opinion, I lost said appeal and apent additional time in prison as a result.
