We specialize in thorough, unbiased and easy to understand home inspections. Instead of contacting multiple companies to schedule all of your inspection needs, Radius Inspections can coordinate all of your needs including Radon Testing, CL-100 Pest/Termite Letters and more. Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult.

Unlike most professionals, you may not have the opportunity to meet me until after you hire me. Different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort.
Services
Everything listed above is included with your Certified Home Inspection at no additional cost! A Move-In Certified home has been pre-inspected, which means that the seller can confirm that there are no major systems in need of immediate repair or replacement, and no known safety hazards. A Move-In Certified Seller Inspection informs you of any defects or problems with your home so that you can address them before prospective buyers discover them.
I would like to be enrolled in the home buy back guarantee (underwritten by Porch.com). I understand that as part of the program, my contact information will be shared with Porch.com and I may receive marketing calls for additional services not directly offered by Radius Inspections.

Local to Greer, South Carolina, founder and inspector Matt Carroll saw the need firsthand for improvements in the home inspection process while buying a personal home. From scheduling, communication, the inspection report and everything in between, Radius Inspections' goal is to deliver the best inspection for you, our client.
If you're buying or selling a home in South Carolina, the home inspection is a critical event in the process. The inspection report must be thorough, detailed and reliable in order to enable the buyer and seller to make decisions. Our report gives you the confidence to be able to speak freely and knowledgeably about the condition of the property with the home inspector, the buyer or the seller.
Can I be present at the inspection? Can I ask questions? Absolutely. You are encouraged to be present at the inspection so that you can familiarize yourself with the building. Areas of concern and other conditions will be pointed out, so that you will be aware of them when you are reviewing the report.
