Gary was was without a doubt the best money we spent in the home buying process. He communicated clearly and professionally, and took the time to talk us through the details of his report so that we understood what we could ask for, and what we might need to update on the house ourselves in the next 3-5 years. It was a 100 year old home, and his knowledge of older homes was much appreciated. HIGHLY recommend!

Gary did an A+ job! I found Parr Home Inspections online, I called on a Monday morning and by Tuesday afternoon Gary had my inspection report finished.
