Pinnacle Home Inspection conducts a very thorough and extensive inspection. Jon is a superb professional who knows the structure and workings of a house. In our case, we had the inspection done in preparation for placing our house on the market. We had the security of knowing everything about our house, what was in good shape and what needed to be repaired. More importantly, Jon advised us what we could expect from the repairs. We supplied our prospective buyers with the inspection report, which was huge in selling the house and we sold in two weeks. The price of the inspection is reasonable and

Jon was recommended by our realtor to use for our MFH purchase and was wonderful, so glad we chose him! Very thorough inspection and written report with photos, even the small things noted, no stone unturned. He was also very helpful in explaining issues found in plain language so we could understand.
