Just had America’s Inspectors do my inspection, was concerned because my Realtor went on and on about this company and I was unsure if they were to good to be true. We pulled up meet the inspection to the house and parked across the street. The inspector was there 20 minutes before the inspection was to start. He jumped out and gapped an arm full of equipment and then got his ladder, infrared camera, and more equipment. We watched as he checked to water meter and took pictures, checked the water pressure at a hose faucet and then when up on the roof and walked the roof and took pictures. We had

I've had houses inspected over the years by various inspectors and never have I had one as good as Bob. He was their almost four hours for a 1500 square foot home. It was an older home but his attention to detail and going over everything was amazing. They don't get any better than Bob he's the only inspector I will ever use from this point on. He wants to make sure that you are aware of any and all problems on the property you're buying. If only every other inspector was as good and great as this guy is!

Best Home inspectors I've ever seen, Bob is amazing and there service is at 2 or 3 levels about everybody else. I had my report on site and emailed with pictures within one hour of leaving the house. My Realtor was shocked to see how proficient and professional the inspector was. The realtor says that Bob is now the only inspector she would use.

I had hired home inspector Bob Charvoz to inspect my newly replaced roof on a rental property I own. I wanted to make sure that the roofer did a good job and also to let me know if the roofer installed high definition shingles as opposed to the regular three-tab shingles. The high definition shingles are better and I paid extra for these.
After he was done, he sent me an email w/the photos attached. The photos he took were very blurry 2"x3" photos, not large photos that would be taken with a smart phone or a regular digital camera. It appeared he took them with an old flip phone.

Would not recommend this company. I hired them to inspect my roof on a rental house I own after I had a new roof installed. The owner, Bob, went out there and didn't really know anything about two different types of shingles that are used and didn't know which kind they had installed....and this was the main reason I had hired him.

Had my home inspected by Bob Charvoz. He did a wonderful job. He is an honest inspector with more than 25 years of experience (he's even been on the DFW news!) and made us aware of every single problem, even if it was minor. Was patient and answered all of my questions. He was very detailed, printed out inspection report with tons of pictures with areas of concern. He sent it to us that evening as well. He is always available to talk to you about the inspection afterwords. We were very impressed with how thorough of a job he did.

Outstanding company! The home inspector that came and traveled approx. 50 miles was incredibly thorough. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a dependent honest inspector who is not in a realtors pocket. Extreme kudos to Steve Robin! I will recommend you to all who need tis service.
