I had a rain water leak over my kitchen, Matt was so thorough and checking the issue with his thermal imaging and going over the attic and also over the roof. He was very professional and clear in explaining in detail on what would have happened and what are the precautions that I should take next time and also how to fix the existing. I have hired many home inspectors and he is one of the best.

Matt was so knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. I am purchasing a new house. He did the inspection for my Pre-drywall and closing. He checked each and every corner of the house and noted everything and explained in detail. He also provided additional tips to keep, maintain the home and he is so generous in saying to call for any help and advise. I would recommend him.

Matt inspected my new house and found a few issues or recommendations. He walked me through the entire house and explained little details. He gave the detailed report to present to the builder.
I called him after a couple of days to talk about the backyard grading problem. He responded very well and included that in the report. That shows his commitment to the money I paid.
