The services and people here had been really nice. Until, I had an appointment that I scheduled well in advance on a day off of work. The day before my appointment, I got a text from my stylist asking if I would switch times with someone who had a flight. (When I have a day off work for appoinments, my day is booked solid.) I said no I can't, and if this person really needs my time, I'd have to be canceled. The stylist said thanks, and canceled me because I took time off work and my whole day was full. He offered me the next week. I said no because I work. (See a theme? I work 5-6 days

I have been getting my haircut from Tyler for 4yrs now (once every couple months). Each time has been a fun and impressionable experience. Tyler remembers the style of haircut I like but, asks for input which shows humility and that he is always wanting to improve, and is very generous with his time and business. I’m very particular with my haircuts (especially for a male); I have tried many places with 4+ star reviews, both male and female stylist but when comparing to Tyler, no one has compared to his skill level/expertise. Severely over processed my hair and ruined color. Sections cut out of the back to remove damage without me knowing. Other areas fell out or broke off. Turned orange and platinum. It will take at least year to grow out where it is manageable and longer to be healthy. Must touch up, treat and cut monthly so it looks somewhat ok until it grows out. Really surprised and disappointed. My hair is so stripped it won't hold color and the texture is so bad and dry after spending 3 years to get it back in good condition. Still no idea how this happened and no explanation.

I had been doing it myself for over 8 years because no stylist has been able to get it right and therefore, I lost my trust in allowing others to cut my hair. Ioana continues to do an outstanding job every time I sit in her chair. She has restored my faith in hairstylists again. She does not disappoint.

I had haircuts from Master Stylists Tyler Bush and Mihai Sucilea, and they not only took the time to make sure all of the details on my hair were right, but they also were extremely attentive and asked a lot of questions to make sure it was done just right. The service here is personal, luxurious, and done in excellence. I will definitely be coming here in the future.

Mihai is THE BEST! He is very precise/detail oriented and such a kind soul. He’s up on the latest styles and trends and I just love seeing him and spending time with him..the whole salon team is very friendly and cool. I trust them with my color snd cut! I moved here and was so worried about finding a new stylist but I got lucky! This was only my second salon and I found the best!

This place is NOT your average Scottsdale salon! Everything from the facility to the products they use is awesome. The stylists are highly skilled and experienced. They are also really great people. The atmosphere is amazing and uplifting. Mihai is usually my stylist, with tremendous talent and experience, he’s one of the best in the industry. You will definitely leave this place looking great and feeling like a million bucks.

Triune is the prime men and women's boutique located on the corner of Scottsdale & Gold Dust. I've been seeing Tyler for my haircut for 2 years now and still receive compliments every time I get a haircut. His haircuts are not only amazing but he's also a pro at men's fades. The other stylists (Michael and Mihai) are also very talented and friendly.

I would say that I'm really particular about my hair. Why? Because I've had it botched and ended up having it in a bun for 6 months. After I met Mihai, I have never had to worry about a bad hair day or experience. I have been seeing him for over five years and my hair has always looked AMAZING. He uses high end products and makes sure never to damage my hair. He is attentive and makes sure I always walk out feeling great. I would recommend him over and over again.

Went to truine salon to get a haircut by Mihai Sucilea and I not only left feeling amazing, but this master stylist made me look 5 years younger. This man and his hands and the artistry that goes behind the way he does hair is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend him for all your hair needs. Ladies, if your looking for a change, trust me, Mihai does NOT disappoint!!! I've been coming to him for the last 8 years and he always does my hair better than what I explain I want.

Salon owner, Tyler Bush now cuts all of our family’s hair. He is outstanding and professional. For my teenage son to look forward to haircuts is huge. My teenage daughter has extremely curly hair which I’ve normally had bad experiences finding someone that knows how to work with her hair and he did amazing! He helped our family look and feel hip and refreshed.
His entire team Mike and Mihai are creative and talented as well and it shows they hire and work with nothing but the BEST! Come see them if you are ready love your hairdo 💁🏻♀️ and your customer service experience!
