A native of San Francisco, living in Scottsdale, Arizona now for 4 years. I have 24 years of experience in the beauty industry. My passion and specialty is in coloring, using a natural enzyme developer that promotes healthier, longer lasting color. I am also trained in barbering as well as specializing in curly hair.
Since moving to Scottsdale, I have found even more passion in expanding my art, finding more time to learn new areas of the craft. Wendy is amazing! I had fine, thinning, over-processed hair with about a half dozen weird cowlicks when I first came to her. Magically ... I am now sporting an older-lady-appropriate silver-blonde fauxhawk ... that college kids AND people my age are telling me looks awesome! Her color skills are fab, and she's fun to talk to ... there's just no downside at R&G!

I went and got a conditioning treatment from Pam & I loved every moment of it. My hair was so soft and shiny after and she was a joy to talk to. I can’t wait to go back next time for my dye! The location was perfect and she made sure to answer any and all questions I had for my next appointment. Would definitely recommend.

Love how my hair turned out. Got the dripping gold conditioning treatment and my hair is still so soft. Wendy did my hair and she also curled it which came out beautiful. The atmosphere is so cool like a mini studio inside a big building. Make you feel more secluded which I love. She definitely knew what she was doing and I cannot wait to go back!

I recently did a Dripping Gold hair treatment and blow dry with Pam and I can't wait to go back for more services! The salon is super cute and comfy and the customer service I was provided was amazing! It was a stressful day for me going into the appointment and Pam made my experience the most relaxing thing I could have asked for. Highly recommend R & G Salon for all your hair needs!

I can't say enough good things about Pam, and her new salon, R & G - I followed her after Sassi closed its doors. Her new location in Old Town is perfect and adorable, there's great parking available, and Pam is just hands-down uber-talented. I trust her implicitly. She has tons of experience, is the right mix of professional and social when you're sitting in the chair, and I've never walked away disappointed in any way. Highly recommend.

Formerly of Sassi Salon, Pam and Wendy are the co-owners of R & G In Old Town which will be opening no later than April 1st, but possibly mid March. Expert colorists and all around stylists, they will take care of all your hair needs and wants. Wendy is also a hair extension specialist. Nestled in the Studio 10 building on 6th Ave, R & G Salon will be a cozy and quaint atmosphere to relax and get beautiful by two experienced stylists. I was referred to Pam when I saw a waitress at Pitch with the most gorgeous and natural highlights and hair. She gave me her number and I finally called. Pam worked around my schedule and got me in for a cut and highlights. I must say it was the best nightlights I have ever had....and I've paid a lot of money in other cities for highlights that were not good....in fact I would have to return to have my hair corrected!!!! Not Pam! She is awesome! I live near the salon now but and moving down south BUT I will drive to get my hair done there. She is the best and uses the best products. Love
