This was by far the best salon experience I've ever had !! Denise is incredibly talented and knew exactly how to transform my look to make me look my most classy self ! Her communication is amazing and isn't one of those stylists that will just say "oh yeah I can do that" when it can't be done. She gives you the best options to achieve your best look ! I also told her I couldnt go above a certain price range and she still made the look we discussed happen without putting me over my budget !! Denise and her team are great. You can be sure they will do everything to make sure you're leaving the salon looking amazing! They are super knowledgeable and know the trends. They know what works and give great expectations on how to get to your desirable results. Every person there was so kind and worked together as a team. I learned so much while I was there. Unfortunately, if you are looking for someone to listen to what you are wanting, move along.
I saw Crystal for a much needed cut and baylage. (I was scheduled with someone else, but somehow got passed on to her.) I'm not sure she knows how to do baylage, as I think it was just a free-hand highlight job with a toner put on. She did not listen and did not want to do what I was asking. I asked for an all over color, to fix my dull pandemic hair, with a medium-toned baylage, to add dimension. She didn't want to do the all over, but I insisted. (I do have a few greys, and my hair was dull

Switched to Denise and Vidogi Salon when I made the decision to go blonde. Very happy with the result and service. Denise is always accommodating to my needs and schedule. My husband has even started getting his hair cut by Denise also and I very pleased. In addition to great service I appreciate that Denise takes the time to recommend products but never is pushy about it. She has sent me home with samples and my hair is feeling so healthy now even tho we go so blonde.

I called in hopes to do a color correction on the work done by A DIFFERENT salon. I left the other salon with hair that was unidimensional and way darker than I had wanted.
The lady on the phone suggested I text a few photos of the problem and what the goal was and paired me with Caitlin to help.
Caitlin couldn't have been nicer. We went over some photos of what I wanted and she explained all my options. I took the risk of trying to lighten my freshly colored dark hair. Caitlin was super attentive and meticulous- she did a balayage and a toner. I left with EXACTLY what I hoping to achieve

This is for Hair style (curls) + Makeup service. The hairstyle (curls) were okay, didn't love them but didn't hate them. The makeup, was subpar. I showed her a picture, outcome: didn't look like it at all. Again, it wasn't terrible but definitely not satisfied with it. I was on a tight schedule so I didn't say anything. Went back to my room and fixed what I didn't like. But I'm sure the girl would have redone it. The girl that did my hair/makeup was sweet and nice though. I don't think I would recommend this place for makeup services.

Denise, the owner of Vidogi Salon, is so lovely!
I am one who rarely wears makeup or does my hair up in anything other than a messy bun. I do however dye my hair vivid blue and purple!
After using them for my best friend's wedding for both makeup and hair, there was no question that they would be day-of salon choice for my own wedding.
COVID happened, and we had a date change because of extenuating circumstances due to COVID....Denise was beyond understanding and worked with me not only on the date change, but on timing to push everything up as we had a strict start time at the ceremony

I ABSOLUTELY fell in love with how my hair turned out! My stylist was Corey, she will not disappoint. She is very honestly and knowledgeable in hair and did an amazing job on educating me on each step of the process as it was my first time getting my hair professionally colored!

I wasn't asked to leave a review nor do I typically leave them. However, my experience with Vidogi Salon is an exception.
Words cannot express how grateful I am for Denise & her talented team! I've been to plenty of 5 star rated salons but none compare to Denise! I was so desperate to fix my hair as I had waited 8 years to finally color it again to only have my long hair become damaged, beyond shorter than requested, & nowhere near what I expected by two reputable 5 star salons.
After two weeks of thoroughly researching salons to save/fix my hair, I fortunately came across

I had an appointment with the owner, but her daughter and brand new employee of one day (I cannot remember her name) worked on my hair the entire time.
My sister had given me a coupon card for $25 off that she had received when she went in to get her hair cut.
I used this coupon to pay and I ADDITIONALLY bought product. I had asked for Olaplex but of course they gave me something that was more expensive and must have hoped I would not notice.
I wasn't super happy about my hair, but just relieved that my nasty color was now colored. I paid

I visited this salon a few weeks ago. I informed my stylist I wanted full highlights. I tapped her at $150 full highlights. Instead, she gave me half highlights and charged me for services I never agreed to or received. And my bill totaled $200, after the stylist deliberately and comfortably dismissed my concerns as a "miscommunication" hinting a common practice of over charging customer and added unauthorized services, she took my debit card from me refused to allow me to see the itemized receipt and charged my card without my consent.

Katelyn provided amazing service from start to finish. She is very personable, professional, sweet and listened to what I wanted to do with my hair, also appreciating my fear as it was my first time every with color!

Denise and her team truly care about making your wedding day spectacular! From my hair&makeup trial to the day of the wedding Denise made sure everything worked flawlessly. Despite her being pregnant and giving birth right before my wedding she responded to every question I had and worked with me to make everything perfect. My hair and makeup on the day of was perfect.
