Anyone considering doing business with Dehlendorf in central Ohio would be wise to :
(1) Log onto the Franklin County Clerk's 'Case Information Online' public records system, and search for 'Dehlendorf'
(2) Do the same thing for Delaware County
You may be surprised, even shocked! Due diligence is a wonderful thing. Be careful!!
