Our competitive advantage is our team. Our team is our family. For several of us, this is literally true. Three of our team members are a husband-wife-daughter team, working together in the quintessential "family business". But the family aspect of our team doesn't stop at the bloodline. Shipping containers are the construction technology of the future. They are an up and coming concept that are gaining momentum all across the world. At 4tress, we are excited to work at the forefront of this new-age innovation as the only company in Ohio licensed to redefine and modify shipping containers into elegant and fully furbished living and working spaces.
We started working with Condado in 2017 when they had 7 locations, mainly in Central Ohio. Throughout our time with them, we helped them open 8 more locations, and rehabilitate 3 of their existing locations spanning Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Indiana. We opened the new stores and refreshed the old, creating new systems, furniture, and designs in the process.

I lived with 4points my junior year. It’s a family business I think. Karen is really nice, quick to response. She even worked with us to let us move in early without extra charge. The place 4 points have may not be the most beautiful from the outside but it has a homey feel inside. Maintenance is always quick, usually within a day. I would recommend them!

The team at 4 Points are amazing! They understand the importance of customer service and making sure that a project is done right. They are happy to help in any aspect of a commercial real estate process and help reduce stress.
