We own a fair amount of commercial realty and just recently was trying to buy a listing they were representing for a seller. The agent's response time and overall inattention to our needs was among the worst I've yet to experience. From what it looks like, they effectively ignored my offer because I was with my agent from NAI and choose to focus on another offer where they were representing both the buyer and seller. Translation: they ignored their obligation to get the seller the best price by putting me into a bidding war, instead looking at their own interests in getting both sides of the commission

The Weiler appraisal firm recently appraised an office/warehouse property for one of our law firm's clients. They wrote a well-researched, well-supported appraisal. Bob Weiler testified clearly and persuasively before the tax board. The value that he and Melissa Speert concluded to in their appraisal was adopted by the tax board, and our client will wind up saving tens of thousands of dollars in real estate taxes. I highly recommend this appraisal firm.

There is a "Robert Weiler" For-Sale sign in front of a 43 acre property in rural Genoa Township. The property is right next to the Hoover Reservoir that supplies drinking water to hundreds of thousands of people. According to a letter that I received in response to a public records request, one of Weiler's "agents", namely Benton Benalcazar, Senior Vice President, is building a pig, chicken and cattle farm on the 43 acres. The proposed use represents industrial scale "farming" and could potentially pollute the water supply for hundreds of thousands of people. In view of the behavior in evidence
