Our business is growing and thriving in spite of the current pandemic and the tough economy. We try to keep all our fees reasonable and competitive and our maintenance and management expenses low. We are highly respected and appreciated by owners and tenants alike and we get many of our new clients from customer referrals.
To comply with Fair Housing Laws, all applicants will be evaluated against the following criteria. The first applicant who meets all the criteria listed below will be offered the property. No person will be approved who does not meet all of the criteria below. Please be sure to read "The Terms of the Application Agreement & Summary of Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act", BEFORE you sign and submit your application.
If you are interested in buying or selling a home, we can provide you with information and refer you to great Title Companies, Insurance Agents, and Mortgage Brokers who will be happy to work with you. We have a licensed Real Estate Broker and Agent in our office to assist you at any time, but our main focus, of course, is on Property Management.
You can now access your Tenant Portal. You will be able to see current balances due, pay rent online and submit work orders. If you would like to access the portal, please call the office with a valid email so we can send you an activation link. It's recommended that you bookmark the login page so you can easily access the portal every month.
We are open Monday - Friday: 9:30AM - 5:30PM unless otherwise stated for holidays, and we are closed on the weekends. Feel free to email us with questions or call our office during business hours. I have always wanted to live on Campus. When I found Hardwick Inc online I fell in love with the property and area! It was very convenient to look at the property online without visiting dozens of rentals. And it was THE first time ever I had brand new carpet when I moved in! I met Liz she is the tenant advocate and she's the best always & I just love her whenever I need anything she makes sure it gets done. I've been a happy renter 3 1/2 yrs and counting. I would recommend to anyone looking for a suitable place to rent.

Do not rent here. There’s cockroaches and I told them several times. They only filled up holes in the kitchen, they refused to spray the whole building for them. They claim to have an emergency line for if something happens outside of office hours. One night I lost my key and called about 10 times before they picked up and told me they were on vacation and to not call again. When I moved out I cleaned the apartment meticulously and they still charged me fees out of my deposit. Every time I spoke with the office they were rude.

This is one of the biggest groups of idiots I've ever had the misfortune of renting from. First off, they told me about our neighbors money problems (they rent both properties) when I went to pay my rent. They charged us for a ridiculous work order, when I mentioned that our garbage disposal was broken. They guy came over to fix it because, as he said, "I'm not doing anything." came over, took out a bottle top that had fallen in the disposal and left. We get charged for 10 seconds of work. They haven’t fixed any of the things I actually asked for. They did re-roof the house, after everyone moved
