I know, because I've been where you are before. In 2009, in preparation for my 40th birthday, I decided to get fit. I wanted to reward myself by being in the best shape of my life.
I just wanted to share my accomplishments with my Family and Friends! Most of you who know me know that I have struggled with my weight for a number of years. Depression, Stress and critical periods in my Personal Life allowed me to ignore my HEALTH! Nevina Gray along with her consultation and tremendous ability to work with others after accomplishing her own weight loss Goal has taken me under her wing.

Nevie's Total Burn focuses on high-intensity cardio movements, intervals, and just enough resistance to get your muscles toned and conditioned.
In a word, NO. as women, we do not naturally have enough testosterone (the hormone responsible for muscle growth) to build large bulky muscles. We do strive to help our clients to build lean muscle as it more effectively burns body fat. The great thing about our classes is that everything we do can be tailored to the individual.

FLMD is amazing, and will help you meet your fitness and nutritional goals. I started FLMD in May 2019 with the 6-week challenge. I was so encouraged by the results, and the support from Nevie and all the trainers, that I joined. I have done the weekday morning classes, the weekday evening classes, and the Saturday morning classes; they all deliver consistently. I am much stronger and even the stubborn fat areas are going away. Check out FLMD if you want to "shake the fat and confuse the muscles," you won't be disappointed. I joined FLMD because I knew I needed the extra push to reboot my weight loss journey. This program gave me the boost, guidance and support I needed to get to the next level. It helped me eat better and create better habits. It provided me with the consistency that I needed and I lost a few pounds. I'm far from my goal but this program gave me the boost I needed! I've been attending FLMD since August 2017 when I saw a post on the social media looking for girls who wanted to start a 21-Day challenge. So I asked to myself, what I can lose if I do not try. From that day I havn't stop going. Every day here is a challenge for me. Here at FLMD you feel welcome, from the moment you set a foot inside and you are greeted by your name.
