Each of our 60-minute fitness classes incorporate routines that improve mobility, condition the cardiovascular system, increase flexibility, improve balance, and strengthen core muscle groups.The aerobic programs also incorporate routines that strengthen your cardio system. Thanks for several years of BioFit classes - I feel like I have a solid exercise plan when I can combine the twice - weekly BioFitness with a weekly yoga class. Two times during the week, when I'm at BioFit class, I know I'm doing something good for my body. In the class with other students like me, I'm doing aerobic exercise for my heart, and weight lifting and floor exercise for my muscles and joints.
