Condo notes: our house at the beach towers unit e 101
Carpet was heavily soiled and stained
Furniture ~ worn and stained
Screen facing beach was stuck won’t open and bangs constantly
Walls were scuffed and had visible grime
Porches had debris
Blender was very dirty
Closets and pantries were cluttered
Towels and beach towels ~ many were worn and threadbare
Pillows were stained looked soiled
Ceiling lights in bathrooms had dark staines
Ceiling in living room had water stain
Property manager (victor) was defensive when we first called to report issues

We rented one of their properties for our family for the week and it was great. The property was very clean and taken care of and the facilities were also maintained. We stayed at Cozy Cove and were very happy with our stay. Only recommend we would have the staff at this location is a light on the pool during the evening time.
