Working with a trainer, either in a one-on-one session or in a small group setting, is a great way to help you stay on track with a personal fitness goal. Wonderful gym! Trainers are top notch, invested in other aspects of health, aside from physical fitness. The gym is always very clean, great equipment and a variety of classes for all levels of fitness. I would recommend anyone to go here!

Absolutely hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. Everything I’ve ever wanted, all in one gym. I’ve moved from Mass now, but would move back JUST for this gym. If they ever consider opening another gym, I hope they consider Raleigh NC!!! Miss this gym SO much. Loved the staff, loved the setup, loved the classes. All at a low price if you think about what you’re really getting. Wish they’d open one in Raleigh, I think about it every time I go to my gym here 😂 thank you SLS!

I have been a long time fan of this gym but faced with Covid challenges they’ve taken it to another level and upped their game. The equipment is even better, staff is still great, the classes are well coached and their safety protocols are outstanding.

The environment is bright, open and inviting. I was welcomed from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out; everyone was incredibly friendly and gracious. I took a rowing class with Jordan, he was fantastic. I could tell he was extremely knowledgeable about fitness, but also about rowing. He was super helpful with technique (rowing is not my forte, but I do enjoy it). Also, given we are in covid, I must mention the gym was clean, Jordan was conciliatory to maintain social distancing when we had our masks off and everyone sanitizes their equipment thoroughly. Thanks so much for the workout

I'm going to miss this gym and these people SO MUCH when I leave town for good next week. I'll do my best to find something exactly like it in my new city, but geez that's a high standard to match. SLS Fitness has been my favorite gym I've ever been a part of. :) Nothing beats the passion and quality of the instructors and the convenience, flexibility, and fun of the classes!

This gym offers a sprawling yet effective and controlled variety of classes at various skill levels for various fitness goals. There is a class here for you whether you like Combat Sports, Cardio, Power lifting, or Performance Athlete training. Classes are typically only 30 minutes so it's extremely easy to fit them into your schedule as they are spread across the entire day and focused. There is no locker room, but there is a shower and towels available to members.

You can't beat this gym for the cost to join. Staff is awesome. They appreciate the veterans, Fire and police as well as families memberships. From my experience, other gyms could care less about the above mentioned. The facility is clean with plenty of space. I belonged to a similar gym a 1/4 of a mile from my house for 3x the cost. I get just as good a workout or better at SLS. I could not be happier with my decision to join the SLS family.

I have belonged to one gym or another since I was a teenager but this is BY FAR the best experience I’ve ever had at a gym. All of the instructors are outstanding. Owner Sherri Sarrouf has assembled an all-star team of fitness pros who teach excellent, challenging, fun and SAFE classes for all abilities and interests. Multiple classes run just about every 30 minutes and the daily schedule is jam packed with a variety of classes. If you miss one class, chances are there’s another comparable one taking place soon OR you can work out on your own in one of the two weight rooms.

I've been a member for over a year now. This gym has the best variety of classes especially for folks who can't stand the treadmill. You can't possibly get bored with all of the offerings. My personal favorite is boxing bag with Shawn. I only go for his classes. I'm not what I would do if he found another place But until them I'm happy as ever at Sls fitness. Better prices would make this a five star.

Sls is what I feel like I've been looking for in a gym, but could never articulate.

A place where the classes are hard af and encourage me to push myself? Check. Welcoming of all fitness levels? Check again. Focused on overall health and not you weight or pant size? Triple-check. Convenient 30-minute classes that don't feel like a giant commitment? Check everything cause this place is the BEST! There's even daycare for people who need to bring little ones!

This truly is a great place to come and get into shape, body and mind. It's been almost a year and a half, and I love

Staff is truly amazing! I booked a workshop for our staff with Samantha and she was fabulous! We will be using some of the techniques learned in our classrooms and personally I can't wait to sign my daughter up for a class!

Great place to work out in a group or by yourself. I tend to workout in the afternoon when it's a little quieter but if a group exercise is your game then morning or evening is the time to go. Be prepared to sweat your butt off they, take their workouts seriously.

Once u signed in the contract, they always make it so hard to get out of the contract. I emailed them many times to cancel the contract but they got back very late or did not want to get back to me. Never sign any contract with them!

I've been at SLS for about 9 months now & have nothing but great things to say. Not your typical gym. The trainers take the time to know you, encourage you, and help you to accomplish your fitness goals no matter what your level of fitness is. If you've tried other gyms and can't seem to stick with it I encourage you to try SLS, it's a whole different ball game.

Great atmosphere, endless variety of classes, not your typical gym! Worth dropping in for a class from a beginner to an advanced athlete!
They also do personal training, team work outs, and outdoor events.

Short high intensity workouts with great staff... what more could you ask for? I love this gym... I only wish it was closer to my house - but I'd still rather drive and have a "real" workout then go to the local gym and barely break a sweat. Oh, how I HATE those Les Mills workouts all the gyms love so much. SLS workouts require little coordination (which clumsy me really appreciates) - if you can lift a dumbell, do a jumping jack and follow simple one or two step directions (no multi- coordinated dance steps here- THANK GOD)... soon they'll have you strong enough to do push

I've been going to SLS Fitness for a month and I love it. I feel stronger than ever.

When you walk into SLS, you'll notice that there are no treadmills or weight machines. Instead you get 30 minute classes that will get you super fit.
